MIXI Applications

MIXI is the first learning system in the world that is based on emulation. Emulation means substituting systems with other real systems instead of barely simulating them, like in the case of computer programs. This way, our learning system supports the top-down teaching method in an outstanding manner.

Each application is recognized by the system adaptively: you only need to place the right colorful picture, called application mask, and the application starts to run. This way, the learning system alters all its characteristics like a cameleon every time another mask is placed on the motherboard.

Thanks to the development of the technology, it is possible to introduce the most recent knowledge, the leading edge of technology into vocational training within a relatively short time. For the sake of a more effective teaching of leading edge of technology, we have initiated multimedia and distance learning projects.

The MIXI applications run on the same hardware, and yet, each one represents a separate teaching aid.

In the field of digital electronics:
Traffic light system, Car alarm system, Universal state machine, Gate-Array Logic IC, Application specific IC, Digital integrated circuits, Boundary Scanning I., Boundary Scanning II., Programmable D/A converter, MISS Nanoprocessor, Incremental transducer
In the field of informatics:
The working model of a Telephone exchange, Universal state machine, Programmable serial/parallel converter, Programmable D/A converter, MISS Nanoprocessor
In the field of vehicle electronics and process control:
Windscreen wipers, Control of a fuel injection system, Adjustable seating of vehicles, Parallel heating circuit, L-Jetronic system, Incremental transducer, PLC demonstrator.
Field-independent application:
MIXI-quiz
